Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Understanding the customer requirement and passing on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
- Aggressively prospect for new business opportunities within the US and European market
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for key accounts
- Maintain sales database and report daily activity, client information and sales funnel
- Travel to prospective client locations for meetings and prospecting
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 5 years direct technical sales experience in US or international markets is required. Additional experience in a technical role is desired. Demonstrated skills in leading and developing a sales team.
Proven general capabilities in facilitating change, planning and organizing, customer focus and building successful teams.
