Logistics Management Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

- Meaningful assignments within the Operations & Supply Chain disciplines: Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain Management
- Create and promote LEAN / KAIZEN culture
- Implement corporate LEAN tools and programs
- Prepare organization for LEAN Audit so that organization receives satisfactory score rating
- Coordinate LEAN exchanges with Global and Regional resources to ensure transfer of standards and best practice across the Americas
- Ensure strategic alignment of overall LEAN system with Company goals and objectives
- Manage LEAN audit program and assessments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
1 to 3 years experience in Logistics, Lean manufacturing, related field, preferred
Knowledge in Operations or Supply Chain Management or a related field,
Excellent computer skills are required
