Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce, activate and measure weekly engagement plan across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter); creating and implementing content calendar
• Negotiate and fulfill event media partnerships, including TV, radio, digital and new media promotional assets
• Maintain and update event websites with event information and appropriate CTAs (e.g., ticket sales, volunteer registration, etc.)
• Collaborates with Content & Design Manager and Senior Graphic Designers to develop and maintain corporate brand standards and visual identity guides.
• Develop trade show strategies, include booth and speaker presence
• Lead internal communication and branding initiatives in support of brand pride, employee engagement, and to celebrate key accomplishments
• Plan, implement, manage, and measure the PR, social media, and ELT thought leadership programs and initiatives for corporate thought leadership, products, product launches, and promotions
• Measure and provide reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations on PR and social campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role
• Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
• BA in journalism or marketing
• Expertise with multiple writing samples required, including sample press releases, blog posts, social media posts
