Reliability Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review product reliability targets and test results to confirm reliability.
- Diagnose product issues with customers, suppliers and representatives, analyze root causes, and utilize of methods for early indicators of warranty problems.
- Optimize new and current designs for improved reliability.
- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
- Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Keep corporate information confidential and develop safety measures such as random database backups
- Monitor all updates to financial policies, regulation, and legislation
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience of working as a Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineering or similar technical role preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred or High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience from relevant industry in a Quality or Technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.
