Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review product reliability targets and test results to confirm reliability.
  • Diagnose product issues with customers, suppliers and representatives, analyze root causes, and utilize of methods for early indicators of warranty problems.
  • Optimize new and current designs for improved reliability.
  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
  • Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Keep corporate information confidential and develop safety measures such as random database backups
  • Monitor all updates to financial policies, regulation, and legislation


Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience of working as a Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineering or similar technical role preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred or High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience from relevant industry in a Quality or Technical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.
