Duties and Responsibilities
- Make travel and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate calendar activities and hearings; schedule appointments, or other activities; and notify parties involved of changes.
- Responsible for processing payroll, timesheets; calculating staff hours work, and researching discrepancies; and maintaining records of attendance, overtime, or leave time.
- Assist in other tasks and projects as required
Qualifications
HS Diploma, GED or Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience, required
1 to 3 years experience in Customer Service
