Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements data collection and analysis efforts to determine the impact and benefit of transportation investments and/or changes considered by the organization. Presents strong and innovative transportation solutions to management.
  • Provides research, analysis, and data to enable cost containment and improve Operations and Logistics processes. Evaluates business trends and processes and makes recommendations for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Analyzes company operations in order to identify opportunities for distribution cost savings; Accumulates and analyzes data to support recommendations; Assesses and develops alternative courses of action to provide optimum customer service balanced with cost efficiency.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes operational key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis, identifying trends and areas of opportunity. Compiles and analyzes data for reporting purposes and metrics development.
  • Identify and implement enhancement/savings opportunities as they relate to Operations processes, functions and tasks.
  • Supports external and internal clients with detailed costing analysis surrounding company provided solutions. Supports the day-to-day analytical requests of both internal and external clients.
  • Completes assigned projects on time and with thorough supporting documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).



Qualifications


Associate's Degree and/or 3 years of experience, required

Strong knowledge in Excel, Formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables
