Adjunct Instructor

At VEBT, employees are our No. 1 investment. We are looking for a high functioning, detail-oriented professional who can juggle graduate courses, such as Strategic Leadership, Sustainability, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics, International Business, as well as numerous special-topics courses.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Teach in person and via Zoom once or twice a week (depending on course).

- Design a new or adapt a new course. This includes learning outcomes, support materials, instructional design and a course calendar.

- Create and Maintain LSM/Course Canvas Container.

- Assign papers, exams and other deliverables as appropriate and grade in a timely manner.

- Participate in recruiting and informational events as needed.

- Be involved in curriculum and pedagogy development, creating learning objectives, syllabi creation and management, and professional development in educational topics.

Qualifications

Master’s degree, required

Previous teaching experience

Successful teaching/facilitation experience with adults at the graduate level
