Project Controls Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work together with engineers, project managers, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Define needed resources, such as manpower, equipment and materials, from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Develop plans and long term forecasts for all projects and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Analyze progress and submit detailed reports for upper management
• Enforce the compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good practical experience with MS Office and project management software such as Primavera
• Good team player and leadership skills
• BSc or BA in engineering
