Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MAWM Implementation Manager with 8+ years of

WMS implementation experience to lead end-to-end Manhattan Active Warehouse

Management deployments. This role is responsible for driving successful MAWM

implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are

delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This is a critical leadership role requiring strong functional expertise in MAWM,

implementation governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations,

including planning, design, build, test, and deployment phases.

Act as the primary functional and delivery lead for MAWM initiatives across

inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse control processes.

Translate business requirements into MAWM functional designs and

configuration strategies.

Oversee solution design for warehouse processes including receiving, putaway,

replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams to ensure seamless

system functionality and data integrity.

Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and status updates with business

stakeholders and implementation partners. Ensure adherence to best practices, MAWM standards, and implementation

methodologies.

Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-

implementation stabilization.

Requirements

What You Need to Have

8+ years of experience delivering WMS implementations, with strong hands-on

experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.

Deep understanding of warehouse operations and distribution center processes

across multiple industries.

Proven experience leading medium to large-scale MAWM implementations or

transformations.

Strong knowledge of MAWM configuration, workflows, and system capabilities.

Experience working within structured implementation methodologies and full

SDLC frameworks.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams

effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience with multi-site or global MAWM rollouts.

Exposure to integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, or automation systems.

Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or high-volume distribution

environments.
