Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, specifically Manhattan, Körber, and/or Blue Yonder. The ideal candidate will have proven success managing complex supply chain and warehouse technology initiatives, working cross-functionally with business and technical teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

This role requires hands-on project execution experience, strong governance discipline, and expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects (Manhattan, Körber, Blue Yonder) from initiation through go-live and stabilization

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting using Smartsheet

• Drive governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking aligned with PMP best practices

• Ensure alignment with Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations requirements and business objectives

• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops

• Proactively identify risks and issues and lead mitigation and resolution efforts

• Support change management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities

Required Qualifications

• PMP Certification (required)

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management Systems

• Direct, hands-on experience managing WMS implementations, with emphasis on:

  • Manhattan

  • Körber

  • Blue Yonder

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Operations

• Expert-level Smartsheet experience (must-have)

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Experience working in remote, distributed team environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with 3PLs, retail, or manufacturing supply chains

• Experience in large-scale or multi-site WMS rollouts

• Prior consulting or systems integration experience
