Job Title: Manhattan WMOS Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMOS Consultant to join our team for an onsite role in Old Manhattan, NYC. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Manhattan WMOS and strong client-facing skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS

• Experience with Manhattan WMOS 2017 version or higher is strongly preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves extensive client interaction

• Relocation to the client location is mandatory

• Solid understanding of Production Support project workflows

• Experience with onsite–offshore coordination

• Ability to independently handle P1/P2 production support tickets

• Strong knowledge of the WMS domain

• Experience working on enhancement requests and change implementations
