Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) TMS Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Transportation Management solutions within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Blue Yonder / JDA TMS and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and business process transformations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing JDA / Blue Yonder TMS solutions within manufacturing industries

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with JDA / Blue Yonder TMS, including TM / TP (including TMOD)

  • Strong functional knowledge of the JDA / Blue Yonder TMS suite of applications

  • Proven experience integrating JDA / BY TMS with downstream execution and planning systems

  • Experience leading business teams through the design and re-design of complex transportation and planning scenarios

  • Demonstrated experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including:

    • Business Process Design

    • Solution Blueprint

    • System Design

    • Build & Configuration

    • Testing

    • Deployment

    • Hyper Care / Business Stabilization

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business requirements and configure the JDA / Blue Yonder TMS solution accordingly

  • Participate in and lead customer design workshops, providing functional and solution design inputs

  • Document as-is and to-be process flows, solution designs, and functional specifications

  • Configure the TMS system and create reusable templates for business data

  • Perform unit testing of configured solutions within the JDA / BY TMS environment

  • Develop process notes, job aids, and end-user documentation

  • Provide effort estimates for change requests (CRs) and proofs of concept (POCs)

  • Create, update, and maintain jobs within the Transportation Scheduler / Batch (TSB)

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and support the business team in defining functional requirements

  • Support defect resolution and work with defect management tools as needed

  • Ensure high-quality and accurate content within the knowledge base

  • Drive effective knowledge transfer (KT) and transition plans

  • Experience with defect management tools is a plus

 Salary Package:
