Junior Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Technical Assistant to support

our technical and operations team. The ideal candidate should understand code

(preferably Java or Python) and assist in developing small internal tools, managing

app publishing and updates, automating workflows with Microsoft Power

Automate, and handling basic Alicloud / AWS server tasks. Candidates with

experience in the CFD or financial trading industry will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mobile app maintenance, updates, and store submissions (Android & iOS).
• Develop and maintain small automation tools or scripts using Java or Python.
• Create and manage Microsoft Power Automate flows or plugins to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support Alicloud / AWS server operations deployment, monitoring, backups and troubleshooting.
• Handle MySQL database queries, reports, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with tech, operations, and compliance teams to improve internal systems.
• Document workflows and provide daily technical assistance to staff.

Requirements

• Based in Malaysia, able to work in English and communicate clearly.
• Basic coding skills in Java or Python.
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Alicloud or AWS (instance management, deployment, networking).
• Understanding of MySQL and database handling.
• Hard-working, responsible, willing to learn, and eager to grow.
• Able to work independently and support multiple ongoing projects.
