The newly created headcount reports to the Chief Strategy Office to develop and grow the user strategy throughout the user journey, from onboarding and retention, to accelerate user acquisition and trading growth in APAC region.
About The role:
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention for futures/perpetual products.
- Lead data-driven growth initiatives to optimize funnel performance and ROI across BD and Marketing functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and BD teams to design and implement precision acquisition models.
- Conduct market and user research to identify new growth opportunities and tailor localized strategies.
- Manage and guide regional teams in different country to deliver KPI targets, including new user growth, active traders, and trading volume.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of derivatives trading (Futures / Perpetual / CFD) and user behavior in the trading ecosystem.
- Proven track record in derivatives product growth, user acquisition, or precision market operations.
- Strong experience or sense in hybrid functions (BD + Marketing), capable of both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Regional or multi-country market experience is highly preferred.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese enables cross-region collaboration.
