Our client is a regulated entity with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. The headquarter in Australia since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets.
The Malaysia team has approximately 30 members in risk, sales, marketing, and CS.
Rotating Working Hours:
- 8 am - 5 pm / 3pm to 12am (Monday - Friday), evening shift allowance as MYR 70 / day
- Plus occasional Saturday shift
- Public Holidays: Work will be required
Benefits (After completion of probationary)
- Annual Leave: 1st year 14 days (after 2nd years until 7 years will be increase 1 days, which mean maximum until 20 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily balances across various payment channels and update internal records accordingly.
- Verify customer application details and ensure all submitted information meets compliance.
- Ensure consistency between clients deposit and withdrawal methods.
- Select appropriate payment channels and execute payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update transaction statuses and payment details in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to allocate daily tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Customer Service, Account Team) to resolve payment-related issues.
- Liaise with external payment providers to maintain smooth operations and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.
- Handle urgent or priority payment requests effectively while maintaining accuracy.
- Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines and ensure smooth payment processing.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail 100% accuracy is essential in this role.
- Patience and diligence Able to maintain quality while handling repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills Able to work effectively with various internal and external parties.
- Fluency in English Written and spoken.
- Fluency in Chinese Written and spoken.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiar with functions like filters.
- Comfortable using computer systems Able to quickly learn and navigate internal software.
- Foundational understanding of payment flows Such as withdrawal processes.
- Strong time management skills able to prioritize tasks and handle urgent requests without compromising on quality.
- Previous experience in a similar payments, finance operations, or back-office role.
- Familiarity with international payment methods (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, e-wallets, crypto)
- Knowledge of financial compliance and KYC/AML practices.
- Experience working with fintech platforms or digital wallets.
