About the job Regional Talent Acquistion Team Lead | CFD | Forex
Our client is a regulated financial services provider holding a Cyprus financial license and founded in 2022. Its headquarters are in Hong Kong, and it has a global professional workforce of 200. The company has international offices in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. The company provides a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, metals, energy, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and stock CFDs, to its international client base of individuals and institutional brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment, develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a deep understanding of the fintech and forex industries in new regional area such as Asia Countries.
- Headhunting and Networking, utilize extensive fintech and forex networks to actively headhunt and connect with high-caliber professionals, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Team Leadership, lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear goals and driving performance to meet hiring targets effectively.
- Talent Pipeline Development, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building efforts.
- Employer Branding and Insights, enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice while providing market intelligence to refine hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in regional recruiting within fintech, forex, or related industries.
- Strong understanding in Talent Acquisition in forex industry roles and explore the new regional.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Speaking In Mandarin is advantage, due to need to lease with Hong Kong
