Requirements:

  • Responsible for managing and operating social media accounts such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Video Account, and Douyin, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth research on social media operations, constantly monitor the overall development trends of the industry and competitive brands, and promptly optimize and adjust operational strategies.
  • Plan and provide high-value content with strong dissemination potential, responsible for the effectiveness of the account's text, image, and video content.
  • Manage fan communities, increase the number of followers, enhance engagement and activity levels, actively interact with fans, and improve stickiness and conversion rates.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of new media data, and achieve goals for attracting new users and monetization.
  • Regularly provide reports on community operations data, insights, and feedback, develop future plans, and execute objectives and strategies.
  • Plan and execute daily activities of new media, track and maintain them, and publish various types of content based on project requirements.
  • Conduct real-time analysis of competitors' promotional strategies, and timely identify innovative ways in industry marketing promotions.
  • Integrate and explore media resources, analyze advantages, and establish and maintain good media relations
  • Develop and explore media resources, enhance brand exposure and visibility, and strengthen brand reputation.
  • Plan and manage media relationships, and evaluate their impact on the market.
  • Handle public relations crises, and coordinate and maintain relationships with the media.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Hands on experience and passionate about the internet and actively exploring social media channels, with a strong interest in platforms like Douyin (TikTok), Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Official Accounts, and WeChat Video Accounts. Experienced in using Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat extensively.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, proficient in basic graphic design software and video editing tools.
  • Possesses a spirit of teamwork, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Capable of data analysis and interpreting insights, with a preference for those who have experience building from scratch.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English communication, with excellent interpersonal skills to independently manage cross-departmental communications.
