About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee the efficient functioning of the forex brokerage's operations, ensuring seamless processes in client onboarding, funding, and payment solutions. This role involves supervising the funding and onboarding teams indirectly, establishing and maintaining relationships with local payment providers, and spearheading technological advancements to keep the brokerage competitive in the market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of the client onboarding and funding teams to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify and establish relationships with local payment providers to facilitate client transactions according to the needs and instructions by the payments manager.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing payment partners.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure favourable conditions for the brokerage.
  • Research and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate technological solutions that align with market trends.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Director of Operations, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the financial services industry, preferably in forex or brokerage firms.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions and financial technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
