As a leading contractor,  they offer the one-stop design & solution of façade works and BMU system works to clients in both private and public sectors and cover residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and community facilities.

About The Role

• Attend regular meetings with consultants & contractor
• Prepare marketing materials, shop drawings, and submission preparation
• Work closely with consultants and contractors for granting approvals
• Monitor the site progresses of existing jobs and coordinate with customers for installations
• Follow-up actions for maintenance services
• Basic engineering works

Requirements

• Diploma in E&M Enginnering
• 1 year of Engineering / Project Engineering experience is required, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Previous project experience gained from E&M contracting is highly preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Multiple project management skill is required with great time management skill
• Good in both English and Chinese
