Our client is a regulated financial services provider holding a Cyprus financial license. They founded in 2022 with headquarters in Hong Kong, and it has a global professional workforce of 200. The company has international offices in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. The company provides a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, metals, energy, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and stock CFDs, to its international client base of individuals and institutional brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Branding & PR: Oversee all aspects of the companys branding and public relations initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
- Strategic PR Development: Design and implement effective public relations strategies to strengthen the companys presence and reputation in the forex sector.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of promotional activities, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and industry events, to engage stakeholders and promote the brand.
- Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage and enhance the company's profile.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute compelling press releases, articles, and PR materials that communicate the company's initiatives and values.
- Media Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Monitor media coverage and identify industry trends to seize opportunities for positive publicity and proactive engagement.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and unified communication strategy across all channels.
- Campaign Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events through detailed reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations and event management, ideally within the forex or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the forex market and related financial products, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality content.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with media professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Proficiency with PR and event management tools and software, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
