Our client is an international regulated financial services provider holding a Cyprus financial license. The headquarters is in Hong Kong, with over 200 employees across Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand. They provide a wide range of financial instruments for an international client base of individuals, institutions, and brokers.

Hong Kong is the regional hub for its APAC business operations, with a high level of strategic of business and manpower planning to achieve the business goal.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create and refine brand identity materials, including brand guidelines, tone of voice (TOV) kits, and supporting documents that reflect the brand's values and resonate with traders.
  • Write compelling press releases, industry insights to enhance brand authority.
  • Write concise, catchy, and SEO-friendly content for websites, marketing materials (e.g., e-books, whitepapers), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), press releases, video scripts, and newsletters.
  • Conduct research for branding and marketing purposes (e.g., market trends, competitor strategies, trading topics, and high-volume search terms) to inform content and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Oversee brand content quality control: edit, proofread, and align all materials with compliance standards and our customer-centric ethos.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all materials.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in content writing with proven branding expertise (e.g., guidelines, TOV development).
  • Native English speaker (required); fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent research, storytelling, and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in fintech, forex, CFDs, cryptocurrency, or online trading platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and social media best practices.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of marketing regulations in finance, able to deliver engaging content without misleading claims.
