Our client is a regulated with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. The headquarter is in Australia since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. The Malaysia team with appox 10 Sales, Marketing and CS members. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets.
Lanauge Allowance: MYR 1,000 is entitled for Japanese speakers
Rotating monthly Shift
- 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- 3.00 pm to 12.00 am (Shift allowance MYR 40 per day - work 5 days per month (Rm 200.00))

Job Responsibilities :
- Handle the processing of customer application forms from all channels.
- Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
- Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve any queries or concerns. use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and share insights.
- Managing day-to-day tasks associated with delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma - Required skills: MS Word & Excel
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
- Applicants must be independent, self-driven, strongly committed and result-oriented
- Good planning, problem-solving, organization, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on hand and handle high volumes of work.
- Familiarity with the FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
- Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Candidate fluency in Japanese language writing and speaking can be an added advantage.
