Recently granted the Bappbti future license (Registered to OJK and BI) for expanding the Commodity and FX trading business. And applying for the Market Maker license by the group. They are looking for a HR Manager to establish the company structure, policy and procedure, talent acquisition strategy in achieving the business goal of short-term and long-term objectives.
Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limit to compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and performance management
- Provide end-to-end recruitment services to the designated business units, from manpower planning to on-boarding logistics.
- Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with statutory legislation.
- Manage the Performance and Development Review process, identifying high and low performers, work closely with department heads for motivating and retaining of talents, and establishing development plan for low performers.
- Oversee the HR operations including payroll and sustain continuous improvement in operational effectiveness
- Assist in identifying and development of learning opportunities for high flyers
- Facilitate communication channels for fostering a positive work culture and environment to drive employee engagement and retention
- Provide timely relevant HR reports to management upon requested.
- Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of HR experience in at least 2 years in a managerial level in regulated Financial institutions.
- Well-organized and detail-minded with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good presentation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English, and fluent in Chinese / Mandarin is an vantage
