CFD Head of Sales | Bappebti Regulated | USD3000

Our client is the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) regulated futures brokerage firm that provides Foreign Exchange (Forex), Commodity, and Stock Index trading services through mobile applications. The Indonesia office comes with over 100 staff across Business Development, Marketing, Trading, Analyst, and Operations.

Currently looking for an Indirect Sales Head & lead a team of 6 staff to expand the business across IB & Offline activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Gross Deposits, Net Deposits, and retention rates through strategic local initiatives, IB network, Affaliate Partnership, Event.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of local sales representatives.
• Execute localized campaigns and coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor lead-to-deposit funnel performance using CRM tools and Excel reports.
• Address client inquiries and escalations effectively.

Requirements Experience

• 5 years of experience in forex/CFD/crypto/fintech sales in Indonesia.
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet monthly sales KPIs.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, WhatsApp/Telegram-based selling, and CRMs.
• Existing team of local sales and leaders.
• Existing network of local IBs or affiliates.
• Experience running offline events or trading seminars.
• Knowledge of local regulations
