Compensation: $140-180k no bonus, high equity

What Will You Do?

• Be the primary link between our customers and our product/engineering teams

• Build deep, trusted relationships with clients traveling onsite as needed

• Understand customer pain points and design playbooks to help address them

• Translate customer feedback into product insights and feature recommendations

• Create feedback loops and operationalize how we learn from users

• Define and track metrics to ensure long-term customer success

• Build scalable systems and repeatable processes for future deployments

What Will You Need?

• 4+ years in a customer-facing or technical strategy role (e.g., founder, product manager, deployed engineer, engagement/customer success manager)

• A technical background you're fluent in translating between business needs and engineering roadmaps

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• A bias toward action you like rolling up your sleeves and solving todays problem while designing for tomorrows scale

• A passion for AI and its potential to solve real-world challenges
