Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $250,000 -350,000

What Will You Do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data Science) to define and shape product strategy

• Use statistical, machine learning, and econometric models to analyze large datasets, measure results, and predict outcomes

• Design and implement innovative data science solutions to influence key product decisions

• Lead experiments, develop key metrics, and ensure observability for our products

• Drive the collection and refinement of data to ensure the best possible decision-making infrastructure

• Communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders and inspire action

What Will You Need?

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a track record of innovation

• PhD or MS in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics)

• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design

• Proficiency in a scientific computing language (R, Python) and SQL

• Experience designing and deploying complex models at scale

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to influence high-level decision-making

• Strong project management and organizational skills
