What Will You Do?
As one of the foundational members of our Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in driving aggressive revenue growth while simultaneously building the sales playbook for a rapidly scaling company. This is an end-to-end sales role, requiring strong prospecting, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Business Development Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to connect with high-value customers.
- Data-Driven & Value-Based Selling Utilize our proprietary database and industry insights to transform data into clear business value for customers.
- Customer Relationship Management Develop long-term, strategic partnerships with key players in the electronics sector, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Negotiations & Contract Management Lead contract negotiations and close deals in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations.
- Strategic Sales Planning Identify new revenue opportunities, analyze market trends, and contribute to refining the companys go-to-market strategy.
What Will You Need?
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, ideally in a technical or data-driven sales environment.
- Builder Mentality Experience as an early AE at a startup or launching new products to market, with a track record of building repeatable sales processes.
- Technical Acumen Comfortable working with data-heavy products, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools.
- Data-Driven Sales Mentality Ability to make persuasive business cases using data and analytics, driving ROI-focused sales conversations.
- Strong Communication Skills Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role that requires in-person work three days a week in our Silicon Valley office.
