Compensation: $180,000 $220,000 + Meaningful Equity

What will you do?

• Own the user experience end-to-end, building sleek, intuitive, and high-performance features

• Collaborate with design and product to define UI and UX workflows

• Write scalable, well-tested code in TypeScript and React (Next.js environment)

• Guide technical and product decisions your voice matters here

• Mentor junior engineers and establish front-end best practices

• Iterate fast, experiment often, and ship code users love

What will you need?

Must Have:

• Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization

• Strong product intuition you think in user flows, not just function calls

• Deep understanding of browser internals and modern web standards

• At least 6 years of experience building fullstack or frontend apps in fast-paced environments

• Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers

Nice to Have:

• Experience building graphics-intensive or real-time applications

• Contributions to open-source tools or widely used frontend libraries

• Passion for UI performance and elegant visualizations

• Background in HCI, data visualization, or frontend infrastructure

• Enjoy mentoring and leveling up others
