Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid - In-office 3 days a week)
Compensation: $200-300k average OTE, uncapped commission, equity options

What Will You Do?

  • Own the full sales cycle: From pipeline generation to closing deals, you'll manage and execute on strategic sales plans

  • Prospect and engage potential clients with creative strategies across multiple channels

  • Utilize proprietary data to create value-based sales strategies and communicate insights to customers

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key partners in the electronics sector, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor

  • Lead sales negotiations and collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to finalize contracts

  • Analyze market trends, refine sales strategies, and contribute to the development of new sales materials

What Will You Need?

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales, ideally with technical selling experience

  • Experience as one of the first Account Executives at a startup or launching a new product with cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Proficiency with sales analysis tools and CRM platforms

  • A data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly

  • A builder mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

What You Should Know

  • You'll need to be based in the Bay Area, as this is a hybrid role requiring in-office work three days a week

  • We are not currently hiring for remote candidates who are willing to relocate
