What Will You Do?

Architect, build, and ship features across our stack (Angular, TypeScript, Node)

Own problems end-to-end and think like a product owner because you are one

Thrive in ambiguity, prioritize like a founder, and execute like a machine

Collaborate directly with leadership and clinicians to craft high-impact solutions

What Will You Need?
Must-Haves:

2+ years of full-stack experience with a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)

Track record of building without a product manager autonomous, product-minded mindset

Startup DNA: experience on founding teams, early-stage companies, or building real-world side projects

Computer Science or STEM degree from a reputable university

Fast-paced operator: you've shipped real products, preferably daily/weekly, in high-stakes environments

T-shaped: comfortable across front-end, back-end, and system design
-
Coachable, humble, and highly collaborative even when you're the smartest person in the room (which, to be clear, you might not be)
Nice-to-Haves:

Angular fluency and a good eye for design

Experience in mission-driven sectors (health, climate, edtech, etc.)

Former founder or CTO (failed startups count)

AI/SaaS/healthtech experience

First-generation or self-made backgrounds tenacity is a feature, not a bug
