Compensation: $200,000 $300,000 OTE (approx. 70/30 base to incentive) + Strong Equity

What will you do?

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, closing

  • Sell to technical buyers in the electronics and hardware ecosystem

  • Use our proprietary dataset to create value-driven, data-backed sales narratives

  • Define strategic sales plans to break into new segments and elevate GTM performance

  • Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor

  • Lead contract negotiations in partnership with finance, legal, and operations

  • Analyze market signals and continuously optimize sales strategy, collateral, and process

What will you need?

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in technical SaaS / selling to engineering teams 

  • Proven track record managing a quota close to $1M/year
  • Experience at a Seed or Series A startup within the last few years

  • Builder mentality first AE experience or having brought a new product to market

  • Data-driven and persuasive communicator, fluent in ROI selling

  • High energy, fast learner, and a low-ego team player

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations

Nice to Have:

  • Technical degree or strong technical acumen

  • Experience selling to hardware, electronics, or engineering personas

  • Background at a YC or elite startup

  • Familiarity with tools like CRMs and sales analytics platforms
