Location: South San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + Meaningful Equity

What Will You Need?

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in full-stack software development, including backend experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management, leading highly technical teams.
• Strong software design and architecture skills Experience in large-scale systems, API development, pub-sub frameworks, database schema design, and data migrations.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Java, and Python, with a disciplined approach to testing and quality.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing and data processing technologies to build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Project management expertise Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to dive deep to drive results.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):

• Experience with front-end frameworks React preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) for product development.
• Working knowledge of AI service APIs Text-to-speech, speech-to-text, translation, transcription.
