What will you do?

As Head of AI Engineering, you will:

• Define and execute the companys AI roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Lead the development of state-of-the-art conversational AI systems
• Enhance LLM Ops and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI safety and reliability
• Apply cutting-edge AI techniques, including RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF
• Optimize LLM deployments for cost-effectiveness and scalability
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team in a competitive market
• Partner with key stakeholders, including executives, researchers, and industry leaders, to drive AI thought leadership

What will you need?

Must-have:

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI systems at scale
• Expertise in LLM training and deployment
• Commitment to AI safety and ethics, particularly in high-impact applications
• 7+ years of Python programming experience in AI/ML production environments
• Strong background in NLP and generative AI
• 3+ years of leadership experience (Sr. Manager/Director level)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in healthcare AI (clinical NLP, healthcare applications)
• Full-stack development experience (React, front-end AI integration)
• Expertise in AWS ML and Life Science Cloud
