About the job CSA Superintendent
About the Role
JDS Energy & Mining is seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent with a strong background in concrete‑intensive construction to lead the safe and efficient execution of field activities across mining and energy projects. This role is primarily focused on the planning, coordination, and supervision of concrete and structural scopes, ensuring concrete works are executed correctly the first time, safely, and in alignment with project schedules.
The CSA Superintendent is a hands‑on field leadership role, responsible for translating concrete drawings, formwork details, rebar schedules, and construction sequences into effective field execution.
The role works closely with project management, engineering, contractors, and field crews to proactively manage concrete production, placement, curing, and structural integration. With a strong emphasis on concrete quality, productivity, and sequencing, the CSA Superintendent ensures that foundations, slabs, structures, and architectural concrete elements are delivered to specification while meeting safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
This is a site‑based, fly‑in/fly‑out (FIFO) position working a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2x2) rotation.
