JDOnline Connect is looking for Social Media Specialists to support our growing clients in their businesses. Someone who have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize contents to make it engaging on different channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.


  • Create relevant content on all social media platforms, includes writing and editing social media posts.


  • Improve customer engagement and promot social media campaigns.


  • Managing daily social media posts.


  • Engagement - communicating with social media followers and answering queries in a timely manner.


  • Must know how to use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.


  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.


  • Basic to Advanced graphics design as needed using Canva or other platforms.


  • Performing other duties related to Social Media Specialist when needed.
