JDOnline Connect is looking for Social Media Specialists to support our growing clients in their businesses. Someone who have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize contents to make it engaging on different channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
Create relevant content on all social media platforms, includes writing and editing social media posts.
Improve customer engagement and promot social media campaigns.
Managing daily social media posts.
Engagement - communicating with social media followers and answering queries in a timely manner.
Must know how to use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Basic to Advanced graphics design as needed using Canva or other platforms.
Performing other duties related to Social Media Specialist when needed.
