Requirements:

• Professional Engineering License (AL)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering

Job Summary:
Lead and supervise civil/structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards. Responsibilities include technical oversight, managing project deliverables, cost estimations, design criteria development, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and approve all civil/structural deliverables.
• Develop and track project estimates and schedules.
• Oversee design criteria and compliance with applicable codes.
• Lead and delegate tasks to engineers and designers.

Skills:
Strong leadership, project management, proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.
