Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 pm depending on experience.

• Manage the full Human Resources function
• Payroll Management
• Manage the Recruitment Process
• Manage Workplace Skills Plan And Annual Training Reports
• Manage BEE Compliance & Implementation
• Manage IR duties including:
  • Performance, grievance and IR related issues.
  • Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other disciplinary issues.
  • Issue the relevant disciplinary action and documentation.
  • Prepare notices to attend hearings, manage absences, issue written warnings, etc.
  • Chair disciplinary hearings.
  • Attend CCMA/BC cases on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure demerit point warnings are issued.
  • Ensure alert warnings on points are issued.
  • Attend union meetings and liaise for all union-related matters.
  • Investigate daily absenteeism and issue the necessary disciplinary actions.
    
    

Qualifications

HR Degree

Qualification in Industrial Relations will be an advantage

Driver's Licence and Own vehicle
