Salary: Up to R30,000 per month (Basic Salary + Transportation Allowance + Accommodation Allowance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Excluding Public Holidays and Weekends)

Job Overview:

Our client in the FMCG Industry is seeking a Qualified Electrician to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position requires a skilled professional who is certified to work with 3-phase power systems and can ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical installations. The role is based in Ladybrand, Free state and offers a competitive salary package including allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair 3-phase electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Interpret electrical drawings and schematics for installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete electrical projects efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Electrical Trade Certificate (Must be qualified to work on 3-phase power systems).
• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Good physical health to meet job demands.
• No criminal record (Background checks will be conducted).

Additional Information:

• This is an initial 6-month contract; potential for extension based on performance.
• We are not offering a permanent contract at the start the candidates performance will be assessed before considering long-term employment.
