Job Summary:

JB Hired is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Intern. As an intern, you will work closely with our Senior Management and Digital Marketing team to support our online presence and enhance our search engine optimization efforts. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing while allowing you to immerse yourself in the vibrant lifestyle of Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital content strategies to enhance JB Hired's online visibility and engagement.

• Lead various marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions on our website.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant SEO opportunities and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.

• Help monitor and analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and user behavior using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

• Support the team in conducting competitor research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify new content and SEO opportunities.

• Contribute to the development of engaging blog posts, articles, and other digital content to attract and retain the target audience.

• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve JB Hired's online presence.
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with keyword research tools is a plus.

• Lead research projects to identify new potential marketing channels and areas of improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.

• Adaptability and willingness to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn new things.
