Job Description:

The company specializes in a dyestuff and chemical manufacturer from Taiwan since 1969 specializing in the textile industry, and is seeking a highly motivated and independent candidate for our expansion in the market. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of dyeing products, and substantial experience in the textile dyestuff industry. Additionally, it is required for a strong background in sales, particularly within the textile dyestuff industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to support business growth, follow up on new leads, and drive projects forward
  • Independently develop and expand profitable sales within the dye market
  • Manage local accounts and portfolios efficiently, while coordinating with the headquarters team in Taiwan
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with sales targets, business policies, marketing strategies, and pricing policies
  • Proactively prospect and develop new customers, identifying potential business opportunities
  • Coordinate projects aimed at increasing market share, with a specific focus on local accounts
  • Establish and manage the sales budget and forecast for the region
  • Manage the team in the country well to have a smooth operation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in chemistry engineering/textiles or related field.
  • Sales experience, preferably within the textile dyestuff industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills to effectively manage local accounts and build new customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently while reporting to the HQ team in Taiwan, providing regular updates and collaborating on strategic initiatives
  • A proactive and aggressive approach to business development, constantly seeking new opportunities and market insights
  • Proficiency in developing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Good technical expertise in dyeing products, dye laboratory, or significant experience in the textile dyeing industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
