General Manager - Care Trials will have a proven track record in sales management within the clinical or healthcare sector, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead the clinical sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality or service.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance and control.
- Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in startup companies.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the clinical or healthcare sales industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must have skills in solving problems independently.
- Based in the Philippines or willing to travel there.
