About the job Head, Strategic Development
Develops and implements plans to materialize the company's strategy, conducts research and data analysis to inform business decisions, and aligns department goals with the overall strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of cross-functional projects (existing and new)
Lead Business Development for new partners (enhancing proposition, Healthcare, corporate partners)
Lead wellbeing initiatives
Lead the enhancement of member propositions, which include benefits for all customers and VIP customers
Assist in overall project management by identifying dependencies, next steps, and project risks while ensuring all deadlines are delivered on time
Support in formulating business strategy, logical reasoning, and data analysis
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders across various project requirements
Oversee the centralization and preparation of all project documentation such as agreements, meeting summaries, proposals, and project reports
Participate in periodic strategic planning cycles by working with ExCo and functional team members
Coordinate the monthly and quarterly business review meetings and presentations by working with ExCo and functional team members
Lead the Wellness solutions initiatives such as monthly webinars and events for corporate members
Analyse the market share data and share the status quo of the market position with stakeholders from Myanmar BU and the Group
Job requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering
5-7 years of work experience in strategy consulting, finance or market research role
Project management experience is preferred but not necessary
Flexibility to adjust multiple tasks, shifting priorities and be able to adapt to a rapid change in work dynamics
Proven ability to lead and develop project plans to achieve goals
Ability to think strategically and link big pictures with facts and details
Independent worker, self-starter who takes initiative
Work closely with cross-functional team members to inform the development and execution of campaigns to ensure that campaigns are "on strategy"
Demonstrated expertise and experience in research and analysis
Able to work in a fast-changing and result-driven environment
Excellent skills in project management, business model/policy design, analysis, and financial modelling
Ability to set and manage one's own agenda, while ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities
