Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and metrics-driven Patient Enrollment Manager to rapidly increase user sign-ups for our app across Southeast Asia. This role involves working directly with patient advocacy groups, channel partners, and exploring creative methods to incentivize patient enrollment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in user acquisition, is process-oriented, and can demonstrate results through data. Strong communication skills and accountability to global management are essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive patient enrollment through partnerships with advocacy groups, channel partners, and innovative strategies.

  • Prioritize action and possess a sense of urgency

  • Remain agile, if something is not working, identify the problem and resolve it quickly.

  • Have proactive curiosity and process discipline.

  • Be a strong team-player able work cross-functionally at the local, regional, and global levels.

  • Collaborate with global management to set enrollment targets.

  • Develop and execute a structured process to track and meet enrollment targets.

  • Identify impediments to user adoption and work quickly to find solutions.

  • Report metrics and progress regularly to global management, demonstrating accountability and adaptability.

  • Identify and implement new methods to incentivize and attract patients to the company app.

  • Promote a learning organization of continuous improvement.

  • Proven success in user acquisition or enrollment, with a strong focus on metrics and results.

  • Excellent communication skills and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and align with global objectives.
