About the job Finance Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Company Financing:
Oversee end-to-end process from origination to drawdown, roll-over etc.:
Letter of Credit/Trust Receipt, DLC/PN (Documentary Letter of Credit/Promissory Note), Project Financing, and other financing arrangementsLead all relationships and partnerships with banks and other financial providers
Set short- and long-term strategic financial objectives: control the company's financial model, prepare a source of funds to enable forecasted growth, manage security, and guarantee arrangements where required
Lead Investors Relationships:
Oversee relationships with current shareholders: monthly financials, quarterly updates, BoD and AGM/EGM meetings, handling all shareholder requests
Cultivate potential investors and lead the fundraising process: networking, pitching, preparation of data room, valuation and contract negotiations, and deal closing
Direct Finance & Accounting Functions:
Evaluate and approve new projects: evaluate margin and cashflow requirements, ringfence budget, and prepare additional financing drawdown where required
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports
Track company & project cash flow and profitability to ensure targets are met
Implement cost efficiency, margin enhancement, and growth plans
Qualifications for the Role:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Skills: Strong financial and/or accounting background, proficiency in fundraising, financing, M&A, budget management, and cash flow modelling
Age Range: Male or female candidates aged between 28 and 40 years old
Languages: Thai and English
