Requirements:
- Experience leading a team of 20 or more in marketing, operations, and promotion
- Over 3 years of platform operations experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Familiarity with platform operational strategies in the Thai markets, as well as operational methods
- Willingness to travel
- Departmental structuring
- Nationality is not restricted, but local candidates are preferred
Job Description:
- Break down strategies, implement and supervise the execution of various plans to ensure the company's operational goals are achieved
- Plan operational models, development, promotion plans, and agent development
- Improve decision-making communication mechanisms, participate in significant company decisions
- Organize personnel to collect product marketing, market planning, and various creative materials and information as needed by the market plan
- Responsible for corporate image, brand positioning, and management work
- Guide the production of various promotional materials, pre-sales planning, and provide support for promotional work
- Supervise the execution and implementation of various marketing activities
- Collect and organize feedback information from activities, provide improvement
suggestions for marketing and promotional activities
- Collect internal operating data, issue annual, quarterly, and monthly operating analysis reports, and organize company operating meetings
- Responsible for providing business guidance, training, and organizational management for subordinate personnel
