Financial Management

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.

  • Manage the office's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with the financial goals and risk tolerance.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both locally and internationally.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

Operational Management:

  • Design and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative functions and IT systems.

  • Manage relationships with service providers, including banks, and other financial institutions.

  • Ensure the security and integrity of the office's data and information systems.

  • Lead and manage the office team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Investment Oversight:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

  • Stay informed about market trends and economic developments that could impact the investments.

  • Prepare and present investment reports to the Directors and other stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and investment risks.

  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.

  • Ensure the office's operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably within a

  • family office, investment firm, or similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a small team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in financial software and IT systems.
