Role Overview:
Key Account Manager
The client seeks a strategic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to lead partnerships across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will prospect, develop, and manage relationships with key partners, including channel partners, patient advocacy groups, and pharmaceutical sponsors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-impact relationships that drive revenue and possesses a strong network in the region. You'll work independently, solve challenges creatively, and maintain alignment with global management to contribute to our mission of expanding clinical trial accessibility. Existing relationships in pharma and with CROs are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize action and possess a sense of urgency
- Prospect, develop and nurture relationships with critical business partners, including channel partners, patient advocacy groups, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Remain agile, if something is not working, identify the problem and resolve it quickly.
- Display proactive curiosity and process discipline.
- Be a strong team player able to work cross-functionally at the local, regional, and global levels.
- Have proven successful with pharmacy and retail chains in Singapore/Malaysia/Philippines/Thailand.
- Leverage existing regional relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with global management to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop and execute structured account management processes to maximize partnership value.
- Promote a learning organization of continuous improvement.
Skills and Requirements:
- Having at least 5 years of experience as a Sales/Business Development
- Demonstrated success in relationship management with a focus on revenue generation.
- Proven experience and established a network within the healthcare or clinical trials industry in Southeast Asia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Open for certain nationalities: Filipino, Thai, Singaporean, and Malaysian
- No provide for Visa and Work Permit because this is a remote job
