Lead Generation Manager (Outsourced Team Management)
The client is seeking a motivated and metrics-driven Lead Generation Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of an outsourced team of lead generation specialists. This role involves managing the relationship with our external lead generation provider, ensuring targets are met, processes are streamlined, and communication remains transparent. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of lead generation best practices, is familiar with the clinical trials industry, and excels at both communication and leadership. As a pivotal manager of our outsourced lead generation efforts, you will need exceptional organizational skills, a results-oriented approach, and a commitment to accountability
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the performance and productivity of an outsourced lead generation team.
- Ensure compliance with lead generation objectives, including prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads for handoff to the sales team.
- Establish structured processes to track, report, and enhance lead generation metrics, ensuring transparency and goal achievement.
- Facilitate effective communication with both the outsourced team and internal stakeholders to align lead-generation strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, sales-ready leads from the external team.
- Assess and provide feedback on the external teams' performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement, training, or process adjustments.
Skills and Requirements:
- Having at least 3 years of experience as a Lead Generation/Sales/Business Development
- Proven experience in managing outsourced lead generation or sales teams, with a strong focus on metrics-driven performance and process optimization.
- Knowledge of the clinical trials industry and familiarity with lead generation best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Adaptability, accountability, and a collaborative spirit to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Open for certain nationalities: Filipino, Thai, Singaporean, and Malaysian
