Sr. Affiliate Marketing

Job Description

  1. Source, develop, and grow strategies for new affiliate acquisition in the Indonesian market.
  2. Responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
  3. Conduct daily calls to new onboarding affiliates and retain new affiliates via social messaging apps.
  4. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance through data analysis to ensure the companys objectives are aligned.
  5. Review data insights to provide recommendations to identify new strategic affiliate opportunities.
  6. Manage and communicate with new and existing affiliates to ensure their action meet our brands needs.
  7. Assist in affiliates inquiries and advice on marketing strategies suitable for the brands growth.
  8. Explore new trends and initiatives to encourage user-generated content to help uplift affiliate performances.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Requires at least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing especially for the iGaming industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the sports products in the Indonesian market.
  4. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  5. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, familiar with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  6. Basic understanding or experience in CMS and paid traffic dashboards.
  7. Hardworking, attentive to detail, self-motivated, and able to work cross-functionally within a dynamic team.
