Position: Head, Human Resource & Training (Secondment at Laos)
Department: Human Resource & Training
Direct Reports: Senior Executive, HR & Training
Primary Objective:
Leads the human resources functions for the company, planning, organizing, and implementing HR activities to support the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Core Functions:
Human Resource planning and budgeting
Talent acquisition and retention
Compensation & benefits management
Performance management
Policy planning and development
Succession planning
Salary administration
Industrial and employee relations
Training and development
Develop a talent pool via a management trainee program
Reporting and statistics
- System and Policy Management:
Review, streamline, and execute HR systems, guidelines, procedures, and policies to meet company goals.
Implement HR measures/initiatives from Group HR within timelines.
- Administrative Duties:
Ensure efficient workflow for office administration including stationery, printing, uniform, telecommunication devices, office equipment, furniture, company motor vehicles, and office maintenance.
- Other Duties:
Perform other projects/duties as instructed by management.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar industry.
Skills: Analytical skills, competencies in talent acquisition and management, training, payroll, and HR services.
